When will my order ship?
Ground orders typically ship within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification, excluding weekends and holidays. It may take up to 7 business days for your order to ship if we are experiencing high volume. Expedited orders will be shipped the same day if placed before 12PM EST. We do not ship on the weekend or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping. Esse Coco is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions.

What is your return policy?
Returns within the U.S. are accepted if postmarked within 10 days of delivery. Full-priced items may be returned for full refund to the original method of payment. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags in place. Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. International Orders are final sale, no returns or exchanges.

What if I forget to enter a discount code at checkout?
Due to a systems limitation, we cannot add a discount code after an order is placed. The order will need to be cancelled and then placed again with the discount code applied. Please contact email@example.com if you need assistance with this.
How do I return my order from within the U.S.?

I returned my order, when will I receive my refund?
Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded. Once your refund is processed, we will notify you via the email used to place your order.
What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
What does it mean if an item is marked Final Sale?
All items that are marked final sale have been marked down in price and cannot be returned for a refund or store credit, or exchanged for a different size, color or style. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to items marked Final Sale. We understand purchasing Final Sale items can be difficult, so please contact us prior to placing your order if you have any questions.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us HERE, within 14 days of receiving your shipment by contacting us. A Member Experience Advocate will take care of everything for you within 72 business hours.

You can reference our size conversion chart and size guide by product category here. Due to the nature of our product, each product silhouette will have unique measurements. For exact measurements on a style, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your waist, hip, and bust measurements so we can assist you as efficiently as possible.
